How do I use the discount coupon for your site?

You must first make a customer profile by clicking "log in" at the top right of the screen. After you have created a customer profile and are checking out enter your code like in the picture below.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Check or Money Orders. If you use PayPal Express checkout you can also pay by American Express or Discover Card.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes all transaction are processed over a secure SSL connection.

Can I place my order over the phone?

We would prefer that you place your order over the internet as our phone lines can be extremely busy. Your order will not be processed any faster if you phone it in.

I’ve entered all my information correctly and the payment processor keeps bouncing me back to the payment page. What is going on?

a) You may have entered your credit card information or your billing information incorrectly. Make sure the billing information matches the address your credit card is linked to.
b) The issuing bank of the credit card has declined the transaction. You can either call your bank and get the transaction approved, or you can make a paypal account and pay through paypal. Why does this happen? The transaction is unfamiliar to the issuing bank and out of your normal buying pattern. We are a Canadian company so were viewed as a international transaction from any USA bank.

How are International Packages Tracked?

We normally ship with USPS First Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International (depending on package weight and customer choice).

You can track your shipment at USPS TRACKING and once accepted in your Country you will be able to use the tracking number through your local postal system where they provide tracking confirmation.  Countries that provide final tracking through their local postal system include "Tracking Available in these Countries" as shown on this USPS webpage

Your local postal system will either directly deliver the package to you or advise you where to pick-up your package.

Do you guarantee your products?

Of course we guarantee our products. Please view our product Return and Warranty page

What is your return policy?

You are welcome to return any product you are not satisfied with for a refund, minus shipping costs to us within 30 days. As long as you contact us within the 30 days to let us know that you are returning it, we will credit your credit card. Please read the full detail under "Returns and Shipping"
