Shipping.
All orders are shipped out via USPS. To obtain a estimate on your shipping costs please use our shipping estimator once you have added the desired products to your shopping cart. During checkout you will be able to choose First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Post.
International orders may take slightly longer then quoted depending on how long they take to clear customs in your country.If you live outside the USA and urgency is an issue in receiving your order please choose Express Post or at least Priority Mail. First Class Mail tends to take longer.
If you would like your order to be shipped out via UPS or FedEx please contact us and we can make special arrangements. Just be aware that shipping outside the USA will cost $80+ for a single iyashi wand.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of purchase. If you product is found to be damaged or defective we will replace it within 60 days. All returns must request an RMA number to authorize their return. To request a RMA number please email us at RMA@iithealth.com
