Most everyday headaches are caused by diet and stress. Some practitioners believe that the headache originates in the cervical spine (the neck). The Iyashi wand can be self-administered to relieve the common headache.
Hold the wand in your right hand with the tapered end pointing down. Point the wand at the webbing between the thumb and the index finger of your left hand. Using small clockwise circles about the size of a quarter, do three circles then point about half an inch above the skin surface. To point is like dotting an “i”. Do this repetition for two minutes. Three circles then point, three circles then point. Switch hands and do the same wanding pattern with the other hand
Another effective technique for the same place is to point the wand touching the webbing between the thumb and index finger of your left hand. Roll the wand between the thumb and index finger of your right hand so the wand is turning back and forth in a single position. Move the wand to a different position on the webbing and repeat. Be sure to do the points next to the bones of the finger and thumb.
Switch hands and do the other hand for two minutes. Your headache should be pretty much gone. No matter where the headache is, use these simple techniques to relieve it.
