There are energy pathways in your body called meridians. The Chinese and other Asian countries have used them for over 4,000 years to maintain and improve health as well as to balance and harmonize mind, body and soul. Meridians branch out into smaller pipelines called nadis which look like capillaries, which branch off from an artery or vein. Most meridians either begin or end in the fingers and toes.
One of the concepts used by the Chinese is that the vital energy flowing through the meridians and nadis have qualities that can be measured, which explains whether a person is feeling well, tired, in pain, or is experiencing other symptoms. Using a combination of energy medicine and food brings the body back into homeostasis.
One scientific instrument that acts like an acupuncture needle without having to prick the skin is the Iyashi Wand. The wand has a directional flow, just like an acupuncture needle, and can be used to correct imbalances in the body.
Knowing that most of the meridians start in either the hands and the feet, and end at the other end of the body, in either the hands or the feet, provides us with clues as to how we can fix our own bodies. The Chinese call these points “jing well” points. They are located around the fingernails and toe nails and are an important source of innate energy.
By using the Iyashi Wand to activate and energize these points you may notice a significant boost in your feelings of well-being. As you may already know, pain is blocked energy and by either rubbing the skin around the area of each of these points or holding the wand on the skin over these points, significant improvement can be felt over time. See the chart at the end of this article for a picture of these important points. Wand each point for about 30 seconds to a minute. If you wand your fingertips and toes twice a day, even if you are feeling awesome, you will notice how much better “you begin to or continue to feel.
By researching on the internet for key acupuncture points or looking up our book “Zero-Point Energy Wand – Illustrated Wanding Guide And Workbook you can wand many areas of your body to improve your condition, regardless of how you feel.
